A series: one system - many possibilities
The A series is the universal compact system for grey-scale processing. Proven in a thousand applications, it is safe and reliable. With a great variety of different inspection elements, it can handle all the common image processing tasks.

A110 multichecker
|
|
The A110 is used for all inspection tasks for which one camera is sufficient and for which speed is not of the essence. Its good price makes it ideal for those just venturing into image processing.

A210 multichecker
|
|
With more than 19,000 inspection variants, the A210 is truly multitalented. Two cameras can be accommodated and evaluated simultaneously. Thanks to its special processor, it can achieve the fastest inspection times and is thus also suitable for more complex problems.

A230 OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
|
|
The A230 OCR is a special version of the multichecker software. It has additional powerful algorithms available for reading characters and for checking imprint quality.

Setting with easy key operation
|
|
The Micro-Imagechecker A-Series has a menu-based user interface which makes it easy to set the inspection parameters for your individual inspection task - even without programming skills. With just four buttons, you can make all needed adjustments in a short time.

Protection
|
|
After the settings have been made, it is possible to define which menu options should be accessible to the operator. This menu hide function is password protected at several levels. Also, the keypad can be disconnected completely from the controller after the set-up procedure is finished.

|
Global compatibility
|
|
All A-Series software packages offer two different operating languages, which can be easily selected via the corresponding menu entry. This is advantageous if your machines will be exported to other countries. Currently the combinations German/English, French/English and Spanish/English are available. Other languages are in preparation.

|
Flexibility
|
|
The imagechecker offers a variety of interfaces. Besides two serial (RS232) interfaces, 14 digital outputs and 11 inputs, our PLC modules also come with Profibus, Ethernet, etc. The serial interface supports the protocols of various PLC suppliers.
