The PV200MC is reasonably priced yet offers much, e.g. the ability to run two monochrome, 0.3MP cameras in parallel.
The new PV200MC system from the PV200 series offers nearly the same range of functions as the superordinate PV200. Only the selection of the available Camera Link® cameras is limited to one type. The system works with an extremely compact and powerful digital 0.3MP quad-speed gray camera. The body of the camera is the size of a small cube, whose edge measures just 21.5mm. Up to 2 cameras can be operated by a PV200MC system. With 14 digital inputs and 15 outputs, an RS232 and USB interface, Ethernet port and optional bus units, no wish will remain unfulfilled.
The low-cost PV200MC Imagechecker thus includes all components of a full-fledged machine vision system.
The Windows configuration software PVWIN can be used to comfortably create or modify checker programs on your laptop or PC.
Of course, you can set up the PV200MC with a keypad as always, if you prefer. This is especially practical when you just need to make a small change, e.g. adjust a limit value.
The many inspection algorithms that come with the system enable it to master most typical applications that arise in industry such as mounting control, parts recognition, measurement, presence check, etc.
